When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise indicated.
*Occasionally a large format print (eg. 24″x30″) or a premium print will take a little longer depending on the print shop, as they are often print-to-order.
What’s the difference between your prints?
Most of my prints come in two tiers—Premium and Regular. Both locally printed, both beautiful, both true to colour, both acid-free archival quality, but the Premium comes on thicker Photorag cotton paper, is numbered and signed, and there is a limited quantity ever printed. As I work in digital, that’s the closest to an “original” that I can offer you. If the Premium sells out, that’s it, hombres.
But it is sold out and there is no Regular print for me to buy! Can I still get a copy?
Occasionally I’ll do 100% limited run only on Premium stock. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Sorry!
What is your refund policy?
If something was damaged en route and was clearly a shipping issue, I’ll give you a full/partial refund based on how extensive the damage is.
If your package never arrives, which is VERY rare, I will usually offer to refund your order, or send a new one free of charge (depending on what my tracking info says).
If your package is damaged after arrival due to no fault of my own or the post office, I’m probably not gonna do anything about it hahaha sorry.
I received something in my package that I didn’t order!

Can I get a print of something that isn’t in your shop?
Probably! If you’re interested in something you saw on my Instagram or on my website that isn’t currently offered in the shop, drop me a line and we can probably work something out!
Can I get a print in a size different than what is offered?
Possibly! Probably, actually. Ask and you may receive.
Do you ship outside of Canada/USA?
If you don’t live in Canada or the USA, sorry! I hope to be able to ship worldwide again but until I figure out how tf to get my VAT registration done in the UK and EU it’s just a lot easier for me to just handle CAN/US orders.
I made a mistake when I placed my order. Can you fix it?
If you made an error when placing an order, please send me an email ASAP and we’ll resolve it.
I’m in Winnipeg! Could you deliver or arrange a pickup?
In special cases, maybe, but probably not. I don’t like telling strangers where I live! During the holidays or times of high-volume sales, I will sometimes arrange parking lot pickups on the weekends.
Can I buy your art in any local stores?
Yes! Find a list of retailers that carry my products at the bottom of my shop page!
How can I find out about new prints, sales, or upcoming events?
It’s your lucky day, because I have a newsletter! It’s infrequent, I won’t sell your email to anybody, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can sign up right at the bottom of the page!
Will you draw [BLANK]?
For a fee. Girl’s gotta eat! Send me an email with your concept, budget, and timeline here and I’ll get back to you ASAP!
