Hi hello!! Long time no see!
It has been a long, long winter. I hope you are doing very well. I myself am feeling much, much better now that the days are getting longer and the (admittedly plentiful) snow is sloooooowly starting to melt. So what have I been up to? Quite a bit, actually!
I was lucky enough to paint another mural at Rumor’s Comedy Club here in the city. I painted a wall in the lobby for them a couple years back, and a few weeks ago I got to go back and paint this on a wall in this main theatre area! I’m really happy with how it turned out, it was a lot of fun to design and paint.
I tried something a little new with this one, actually. I have an old Meta 2 Oculus kicking around at home and I used it to trace a rough outline on the wall instead of fiddling with projectors or whatever!! While it isn’t as good as the new model and was a bit tricky, it still saved me SO MUCH TIME. Literal hours of time saved. Highly recommend, especially if you just need something to help with quick placement and proportions.

New stuff in the shop!
I have a handful of new things in the shop! A couple brand new prints, and a few stickers that you may have seen at my table but not yet online.
As of writing, I am not yet confirmed for any spring markets! Although I am on a couple of waitlists, I currently have nothing lined up for in-person events, so if you’re waiting to grab something from me in-person at my next event, it might be a while! In the meantime, my website is open 24/7 and I send stuff out most Fridays.
I do, of course, also have a selection of items at Bear Face General Store, The Forks Trading Co., and Made Here in Winnipeg, so if you’re in the city, you can always take a peek inside one of those fine establishments, and peruse through a wide variety of goods from local artists and creators while you’re there.
